Ingredients

150 g courgette
150 g carrot
100 g dried tortellini
60 g finely chopped onions

30 g finely chopped leek
700 ml vegetable stock
pepper & salt, to taste
Parmesan cheese, to garnish

Directions

Halve the courgette lengthways and cut into 2 cm pieces; peel the carrot and cut into 1 cm cubes.
Place all of the ingredients into the soup maker, close the lid and select the chunky soup program.
When the soup is ready, open the lid, pour into bowls and sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese.
