If you ask someone from the North of the UK what their favorite dish is, Toad in the Hole would be up there. I was recently in the UK for Philips and was asked more than once if Toad in the Hole can be made in the Airfryer. It is a roast dish made with sausages and Yorkshire pudding. Delicious as a hearty snack or evening meal.
   Ingredients
    - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  - 8 small sausages
  - 165 g flour
  - 2 eggs
  - 160 ml milk

     - 120 ml cold water
  - 1 clove garlic, pressed
  - 1 red onion, finely sliced
  - 15 g rosemary

     Directions
    - Take an ovenproof dish that fits in your Airfryer and coat with oil. Sieve the flour over a medium-sized bowl and beat the eggs into it. Gradually add the milk, water, the chopped onion and garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix everything together well.
  - Pierce and stick the sprigs of rosemary into the sausages and place in the dish. Pour the batter over the sausages.
  - Pre-heat the Airfryer to 160 degrees and bake the dish for 30 minutes.
