Grate half of the cucumber and press the garlic. Mix this with the Greek yogurt and leave to infuse. Cut the meat into equal-sized cubes and make a marinade from the oil, paprika, cumin, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Thread the meat onto (wooden) skewers.
Cut the other half of the cucumber and tomato into cubes. Crumble the feta and cut the red onion into pieces. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and add the chili pepper and olives. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Halve the sweet pointed bell peppers and fill with the tzatziki. Pre-heat the Airfryer for 2 minutes at 200 degrees and place the Souvlaki and pointed peppers in the basket. Cook everything for 8 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with the salad and dig in!
